  • No refunds will be provided for early plan cancellations initiated by the user.
2. Refund Requests

  • Provide proof of service disruption and details about the issue.
3. Processing of Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any processing fees or transaction charges may be deducted.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Failure to use the service due to customer-side issues.
  • Service termination due to policy violations.
