1. Service Refund Eligibility
Full or partial refunds are only applicable in cases of:
Failure to activate service within the promised timeframe.
Continuous service outage exceeding 48 hours, reported and verified by our technical team.
Duplicate payment or incorrect billing.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be provided for:
Early termination of service after installation.
Usage-based disputes where the internet service was consumed.
Equipment damage caused by customer negligence.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing department at billing@instantresolvation.us within 7 days of the issue.
Provide your name, account number, reason for refund, and supporting documentation (if applicable).
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
